   • Appointing Delegates fluent in local languages facilitates smoother communication, enabling better explanations and closing of client transactions.

3. Time Zone Alignment

   • Delegates working in the same time zone as clients increase productivity by reducing delays caused by time zone differences.

   • Over time, Delegates gain deep knowledge of local client needs, industry trends, and Exeter Group’s services, offering more insightful advice and boosting broker deal flow.

   • Delegates act as a central hub for managing and coordinating transactions within their country, benefiting all parties involved.

Delegate Licensee Benefits

1. Guaranteed Income

• Delegates earn 1% of all transactions completed by:
  • Companies with a registered address in their licensed country.
  • Individuals residing in their licensed country.

2. Additional Bonus Income (Up to 2.5%)

• If registered as a Platinum Broker, Delegates earn an extra 1.5% for originating deals in addition to the 1% Delegate fee, totaling 2.5% per deal.

3. Exclusive Rights and Privileges

• Use of Exeter Group branding and logo.
• Secure email account, e.g., countrydelegation@exetergroupofcompanies.com.
• Official designation as “Exeter Group Certified Country Delegation Broker,” with rights to use this title on websites, stationery, and business cards.
• Certified Delegate Certificate for display in offices and websites.

4. Priority Support

• Access to a special support email for prioritized assistance, ensuring Delegates receive premium support ahead of other brokers or clients.

5. License Term

• A 10-year license term that automatically renews annually at no charge if the country completes at least one deal per year.

How to Purchase a Country Delegation Broker License

1. Check Availability

   • Review the list of available countries for delegation licenses.

2. Reserve Your Country

   • Pay a $1,000 USD fee to reserve your selected country for 30 days.

3. Next Steps

   • Your selected country will be marked as “Under Negotiation.”
   • Exeter Group will send you the Delegation Broker License for review and signing.
   • After you sign and return the agreement, Exeter Group countersigns it and provides a copy.

4. Finalize Payment

   • Complete the full purchase price (minus the $1,000 reservation fee) within 72 hours to secure the license.

Delegation Broker License Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support Platinum, Gold, and Silver Brokers operating in your licensed country.
• Act ethically, professionally, and courteously toward brokers and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in the finance industry.
• No criminal convictions in any country.
• Fluency in the predominant language of the licensed country.

License Conditions

• Maintain a minimum of one deal per year to keep the license active.
• You cannot be a registered broker or representative of a competitor.
