Certified Silver Brokers receive the following benefits:

Country Delegations Brokers Licenses – Only 1 per Country
Exeter Group is pleased to announce the Country Delegations Certified Brokers Licenses, offering brokers who purchase a Country Delegation License a Guaranteed 1% Commission on all deals originating in a country owned by the Country Delegation Licensee.
The Country Broker Delegation Licensee will receive a 1% commission regardless of the source of the deal, the broker involved, or even if the client comes directly through the Exeter Group website.
If the deal originates in the Country Licensee’s territory, the Country Broker gets paid!
Important Information:
Exeter Group cannot guarantee a broker commission if the broker is not part of the Exeter Group broker program.
A broker may choose to sign a separate commission agreement directly with a client without involving Exeter Group if they wish to close a transaction independently.
The Reason:
We require all intermediaries to join the Exeter Group broker program to conduct due diligence on all parties involved in a transaction, including brokers.
Once an intermediary becomes an Exeter Group Broker, it signifies that the broker has successfully passed due diligence and is cleared to proceed with transactions.
Some brokers have been blacklisted by banks, resulting in application rejections because a broker failed to meet compliance standards. Therefore, Exeter Group prefers not to work with non-registered brokers.
